Epsom Bath Salt

Epsom Salts (chemical name Magnesium sulfate) is named after the town of Epsom where the salt naturally occurs in natural springs. When dissolved in bath water, it releases Magnesium ions which some studies have shown can be absorbed by the skin, it has been traditionally used to create a relaxing bath to help soothe aches and pains, particularly after exercise, it may also help with dry skin and help you sleep. As a foot soak, it will soften skin, and may even help with foot odor.

Uses:

Directions For Use:

Dissolve salts in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight.
